The Micro-Vu Excel vision system is a large-format, fully CNC optical CMM designed for high-accuracy inspection of medium to large precision components. Built on a rigid granite base with precision motion control and advanced camera technology, the Excel delivers repeatable, production-ready measurement performance for demanding manufacturing environments.

Engineered for manufacturers who require greater travel ranges than benchtop systems, the Excel combines speed, accuracy, and automation in a scalable platform suitable for both quality labs and production floors.

Software

The Excel supports both InSpec & Inspec Classic Software. InSpec Metrology Software, known for its powerful capabilities and user-friendly design. Available in both 2D wireframe and full 3D CAD versions, the software offers point-and-click simplicity while delivering advanced features like proprietary edge detection algorithms and sophisticated lighting control. InSpec supports seamless multi-sensor integration and automated calibrations, ensuring precise and efficient measurements. Despite its robust capabilities, the software remains intuitive, making it easy for users to operate while handling complex measurement tasks with ease.
