CMM Fixture Kits

Our comprehensive CMM fixture kits are ideal for holding steel, aluminum, plastic, and other ferrous and nonferrous parts.

Complete Kits: Each kit includes a base plate with threaded holes (1/4-20, M4, M8, or M12) and a full set of components.
Customizable Options: Choose the thread and plate size that best fits your CMM or fixturing application, along with small, medium, or large component kits.
Extensive Selection: Components and plates can also be purchased separately, offering more fixturing options than any other company.

CMM Plates

Our base plates are engineered from cast aluminum with a Ni-Tuff™ hard coat anodize coating, providing durability and scratch resistance. Steel plates with a black oxide finish are also available.

Various Sizes: Plates range from 6″ x 6″ (150mm x 150mm) up to 60″ x 120″ (1500mm x 3000mm) in a single fixture plate.
Easy Installation: Mounting holes are included for attaching the R&R Fixture base plate to your CMM, with provided drawings showing exact locations and mounting hole positions.
